Brian Polarek | Board of Directors
Brian Polarek works alongside other organizations and donors with similar goals to Legacy Enhancement to raise funds and initiate supporting activities. Brian has more than 10 years of nonprofit leadership in areas of planning, event management, and board governance.
Brian graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and enjoys following the school’s sports teams and continuing his education. He resides in Dallas/Fort Worth with his wife, three children, and two pets.

Paul Saleh | Board of Directors
Paul Saleh is a finance executive with 20+ years of experience in private wealth, investment management, private equity, and legal services. He is the CFO of a Houston-based private family office. Previously, Paul served as CFO of Archer Systems, the nation’s leading mass-tort settlement administrator, and spent a decade with a UHNW family office focused on public and private investments, acquisitions, and real estate. Earlier in his career, he co-led M&A for Allegis Group, supporting global expansion initiatives.
Paul is a graduate of Cornell University’s SC Johnson School of Business. He lives in Maryland with his wife and four children and is active on several nonprofit boards.

Matthew Frazier | Board of Directors
Matthew Frazier is an attorney and settlement consultant for Sage Settlement Consulting. Matthew began his career as a real estate attorney and spent seven years as the General Counsel and certified NFL and MLB agent at a Houston-based sports agency representing over 150 players and coaches. He joined The Settlement Alliance (now Sage Settlement Consulting) in 2016 and has been assisting injured clients with their settlement planning needs since.
Matthew recently served as the Executive Vice President of ARCHER Systems, LLC, the largest mass tort settlement administration company in the US. As EVP, Matthew worked with hundreds of law firms across the country to administer complex settlements totaling billions of dollars for more than one million injured claimants. He has been appointed by judges overseeing these complex settlements to serve as the special master, or third-party neutral, and was responsible for allocating settlement awards among the injured claimants. Matthew also assisted in the placement of hundreds of millions of dollars into trust accounts for minors and incapacitated adults.
Matthew currently resides in Houston, Texas, with his wife and their two daughters.
Andrea Metcalf | Director of Trust Services
Andrea was born in Dearborn, Michigan, and moved to Pennsylvania during her elementary school years when her father decided it was time for a change. She graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania (now PennWest Clarion) in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Real Estate.
With over 23 years of experience serving individuals with disabilities, Andrea began her career at an agency that provided group homes for people with developmental disabilities. She had the privilege of writing grants that helped build homes for these individuals, creating safe and supportive living environments. Over the years, she advanced within the agency and spent six years working in their trust department. In 2016, she joined Legacy as a Senior Trust Officer, continuing her commitment to improving the lives of others.
Andrea has been happily married to her husband, Ed, for 25 years. Ed, who is disabled, and Andrea share their home with their beloved 13-year-old black lab, Shadow, who never misses his daily car rides. In her spare time, she enjoys watching football and cheering for the Pittsburgh Panthers, Detroit Lions, and Michigan Wolverines.
