Why Is Legacy the best choice for Your client?

Did you know that most Pooled Special Needs Trusts keep a portion of the funds that are remaining in the trust when the beneficiary passes away? Legacy Enhancement gives the beneficiary a choice. They can leave the funds in the trust to be used for the benefit of others within the trust who have also chosen to leave their funds within the trust, OR they can choose to pay back the state(s) Medicaid office first and all remaining proceeds will be paid to a named beneficiary of their choosing. The claimants get the right to choose up-front where any remaining proceeds will go and to whom they will benefit in the future upon their death.
That beneficiary will receive all remaining funds after payback to the state(s). Legacy Enhancement does not keep any portion of the remaining balance.

Advantages of Partnering With Legacy Enhancement

Dedicated Call Center: Our onsite team is ready to answer any questions that beneficiaries and their loved ones may have. We strive to answer every call as it is received. Should your client get voicemail, we will return their call the same day it is received.

Easy Access: In addition to quick processing of distribution requests, we offer a prepaid debit card that gives beneficiaries instant access to their trust funds.

Multilingual Staff: Our staff has the ability to provide friendly service in more than 150 spoken languages.

AI-Based Technology: Unlike other pooled trusts, we have developed our processes with the client's experience in mind. Clients can easily log in to our website to check their balances, which are reconciled daily. On the back end, we are able to track spending habits and distribution requests, allowing our team to offer budgeting guidance as needed.

Polite, caring, and friendly staff that make working with Legacy Enhancement easy for your clients.
